1A-ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The terms and conditions on this page ("Terms and Conditions") constitute the agreement between you and 7Publi. Accessing, visiting or using the 7Publi website in any other way means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Accepting the Terms and Conditions means that you have read, understood, acknowledge and undertake to comply with the terms of this agreement.
3. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you declare that you are 18 years old and have full legal capacity or, in the case of a legal entity, you are a registered company, which operates in accordance with the laws of the European Community, and the representatives you are validly authorized to express your legal consent regarding accessing, visiting or using in any other way the Website and/or the Services.

2B-TERMS
1. 7Publi, the site or website represents the site 7publi.com. 7Publi is a registered trademark.
2. The services offered by 7Publi represent access to the announcements, information, data, images, documents, links contained on the 7publi.com website
3. The user represents any person who visits or accesses the 7Publi.com website or who uses the services offered by 7Publi.
4. The Member is a User who registered on 7Publi with a Member Account with email and password.
5. The Member Account represents an account based on which the user can add ads on 7publi.com
6. The administrator is a person who is part of the 7Publi team and who is in charge of checking and approving the announcements posted by the members of the site.
3C-TERMS
1. Target of ads
The posted announcements must be addressed to citizens in the European Union. Those that have no direct connection with what we are watching, will not be approved or will be deleted!
2. Prohibited ads
Ads that make any reference to very high earnings, loans, tobacco products, witches, fortune tellers, healers, tarot or ways to make money online, as well as ads that promote illegal services will not be accepted on the site / will be deleted.
3. Category of announcements
The ads posted in the wrong categories or those for which the wrong localities are selected will not be accepted and as much as possible to help you, we will moderate them to post them in the valid category.
4. Titles of announcements
Phone numbers, email addresses or websites are not accepted in the titles of the ads. It is also mandatory to have space between words and, at the same time, it is recommended that the titles do not contain any other characters apart from letters, numbers and the usual punctuation marks (period, comma, colon, question mark, exclamation mark).
5. Location of ads
If the location is specified in the title of an ad, then it is mandatory that the selected location be the same as the one specified in the title.
6. Jobs
The Jobs category does not accept ads from individuals or recruitment agencies that request a commission from job seekers. According to the laws in force, this is prohibited! Job ads must be for a single city. If a recruitment agency has jobs available in several localities, then an ad must be posted for each locality, with a different title.
7. Services
The Services category does not accept ads from members who promise help or guarantee obtaining qualifications, illegal benefits or jobs. In the case of commercial ads, publication is not guaranteed, if they are posted as free ads.
8. Photographs
It is forbidden to publish photos taken from other sites (which have a watermark with the name of the site from which they were taken).
9. Member Account
7Publi encourages the creation of accounts with real names. Accounts with names of individuals and companies are accepted. Accounts with improper names or those on which certain suspicions are looming will be deleted or will not be approved.
10. Logging in / Registering with Facebook
7Publi will automatically retrieve your name, email and profile picture from Facebook or Google, if you decide to use this option. No other details are collected.
11. Liability
Site members understand and agree that they are solely responsible for the content of the ads and photos they post. 7Publi does not assume responsibility for the content of the announcements, the veracity of the texts, photos or any other material provided and used by users registered on the site, this rests entirely with the authors of the announcements.
12. Distribution of announcements (share)
7Publi reserves the right to publish on Facebook or any other social network the content of the announcements posted by registered users.
13. Editing of advertisements
After publication, site members will not be able to edit their ads. The site administrators are the only ones who can make subsequent changes to the announcements, if this is requested or automatically imposed. Administrators have the right to edit or delete an ad from the site with or without prior notice. If a member of the site wants to edit his ad, he must contact the 7Publi team.
14. Telephone number
7Publi allows you to view the phone numbers from the ads and for unregistered users.
15. Restrictions
The 7Publi team reserves the right to delete accounts and restrict access to registered members who create problems on the site. Also, the 7Publi team reserves the right to restrict the access of any user who harms the interests of 7Publi in any way or treats any kind of collaboration with 7Publi unfairly.
16. Suspicious ads!
If we have information that certain ads are suspicious, we reserve the right to notify our users about this.
17. Additional warning
7Publi reserves the right to collaborate with the competent authorities to identify those who will publish false ads in order to deceive other users.
18. Newsletter
All site members agree to receive notifications and information from 7Publi. Those who, in time, no longer wish to receive information can unsubscribe from this service, which is offered free of charge.
4D-Ads with payment
1. The ads with payment must appear on the site within 60 minutes at most after the payment is made. Any errors can be reported to 7Publi no later than 6 hours after making the payment. Subsequent signals will not be taken into account.
2. All paid ads must comply with the Terms and Conditions on this page. Those that do not meet this condition will not be accepted or will be deleted!
